Shipping Policy

 Here at the Endless Beauty, we want to make sure that you receive your purchases in a timely and cost-effective manner. Shipping and processing costs for orders placed on our website depend upon the methods and options you choose. We offer free shipping on orders over $150. We also offer expedited shipping for an additional fee. All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, and you will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is processed. Shipping cost are calculated during checkout along with delivery time estimates. Endless Beauty Wigs and Toppers is not responsible for any duties, taxes, or additional charges that may be charged by customs for international deliveries.

Returns and Exchanges Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Endless Beauty.
Your satisfaction is our goal. We accept returns on all eligible products within 10 days of receiving your order. All items must be returned in their original packaging and in new, unused condition. We will provide you with a return shipping label, and once we receive your returned item, we will issue a refund or exchange, depending on your preference. We will process your refund within 3 to 5 business days from receiving your return.

ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES 

For shipments returned to Endless Beauty Wigs and Toppersdue to bad address information or refusal upon delivery. there will be a $20.00 fee automatically charged. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable in the event of return of any kind. This applies to the US orders only.

SHIPPING DELAYS

Shipping delays may occur due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays and weekends do not count as business days and should be considered when calculating shipping time. RETURN PRODUCT ELIGBILITY

Endless Beauty Wigs & Toppers gladly accepts return of all eligible products no later than 10 days from the receipt of goods. Endless Beauty does not accept returns but will exchange an item for another of equal value. Request must be made within 10 days from receipt of goods. Goods meeting the following conditions may be returned for an exchange or online credit or store credit. If an item is to be exchanged, new shipping and handling charges will apply. 

1.A copy of your invoice must accompany all returns. The authorization for return label must be placed on the outside of the box. if not, the box will be returned.

2.Returned goods must be in MINT CONDITION. MINT CONDITION is defined by Endless Beauty as: No missing tags or labels. The hair net is not removed, item(s) are not combed/fluffed. All returns must be in the original shipping box.

3.Shipping and handling fees are non refundable. 

4.Any DISCONTINUED item are not refundable.

5.Endless Beauty is not responsible for lost return packages.
 
6.It is recommended you keep proper Proof-of-Delivery. Goods not meeting the above stipulations will be refused. Endless Beauty will not except returns more than 10 days after receipt of goods. If there is a factory defect or an incorrectly shipped item due to our error, a full exchange or credit will be applied directly to your account. Note: if a item is returned for a "defective" credit and upon examination found not to be defective, credit will only be given for the item original price(providing it still meets above standards), and a $10.00 restocking charge will be applied. Any additional product not authorized for return will be sent back. 
 
We will provide returns for defective or damaged item as described below 
 
Damages and issues
 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
 
Altered packaging/product, worn, or damaged items are not eligible for return.

Eligible Products:
In original factory condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged, containing no odor or signs of wear or styling products).
Must have tags attached and in original packaging .
Item must be returned no longer than 10 days after receipt of Goods.. 

Ineligible products
Worn item or item containing any signs of wear including odor or styling products.
damage packaging or product.
Hair Care items are not eligible for returns.
 
Ineligible products received by Endless Beauty Wigs & Toppers will be returned to you at your expense.
